Early Bird Cafe

The menu was confusing and there were no actual names on it, just what was in it. The coffee was average and the hot chocolate want not very enjoyable. Just came with warm milk and what I’d say was a piece of dark chocolate thrown in the bottom, not mixed in or anything as well as that it doesn’t mix well too (just floats of top) looks unappetising as well. We didn’t get any food. Hi I read you comment and I’m positive you have the wrong people because no one told us anything but “hope you enjoy” and the only time I did go to the counter was to grab a menu. I did not speak to anyone nor did the lady that was speaking even look when I was there. So please don’t imply that I’m incompetent and dumb because I’m not no one ever said anything about it to us and the milk wasn’t even hot enough to melt it properly ( I did stir it as soon as I saw the milk). Frankly I’m appalled at the way you just put the blame on people, and looking through all your reviews it has happed before.

Good service, polite staff and owner. Good coffee and iced coffee which didn't take long to come out. Sourdough toast with avacado is really tasty and fresh. Breakfast toastie is another great option but my daughter took the greens and mayo out which I think would have been even better, still very good though. Seating inside and outside available. Nice little Cafe with a interesting menu not like the standard. Well done.

Great place to have breaky or lunch on the highway. I have been coming to this cafe for a long time and i have to say its only getting better. The best scrambles egss i have ever had. Great mushrom tsty. Pancakes with ice cream are to die for and the french tst is a must to f you visit this cafe. And ofcourse the coffe is out of this world The new owners have great energy and such positivity. Love this place.
